Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to digital purchases of educational PDF guides sold through this website and processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you acknowledge this policy together with our Terms of Service.
2. Ninety-day satisfaction window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 90 days of the date shown on your Stripe payment receipt, subject to the eligibility and process below.
3. Eligibility
Refunds apply to the PDF product associated with a completed payment for which:
- your request is received within the 90-day window; and
- you can identify the transaction (for example, Stripe receipt number, email used at checkout, or approximate date and amount).
We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or outside this window. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. How to request a refund
Email the support address published on this site (or add one before launch) with the subject line "Refund request" and include your receipt details. We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable time.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe where technically possible. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
6. After a refund
If a refund is granted, your licence to use the refunded PDF ends and you should delete any copies in your possession.
