Guides are educational and informational only. They are not tax, legal, or financial advice. Purchases grant a licence to use the PDF for personal, non-commercial reading unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information for fulfilment. Refunds are described in our separate Refund Policy.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this site or the PDFs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
